Platform use
By creating an account or using YRV Work, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the platform lawfully and professionally.
Client and freelancer relationship
YRV Work provides technology for publishing, hiring, communication and payments. Scope, deadlines, quality and other work conditions are agreed between client and freelancer unless a specific platform rule establishes a different procedure.
Payments and fees
Amounts, fees and commissions are shown during the hiring flow. The client must fund the project as indicated and release to the freelancer depends on delivery status, approval and any dispute.
Prohibited conduct
Payment fraud, reputation manipulation, deceptive accounts, illegal content, attempts to bypass security controls and use of the platform to harm third parties are prohibited.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be limited or suspended in cases of fraud risk, breach of these terms, legal requirements or the need to protect users and payments.
Availability and changes
We may update features, policies and security measures. Material changes will be reflected in the last updated date.
Capacity, account and security
By creating an account you represent that you have legal capacity to contract under the rules applicable to your situation and will provide accurate information. Accounts are personal and credentials must not be shared. You are responsible for promptly reporting unauthorized access and keeping contact information current.
Relationship between users
YRV Work provides marketplace infrastructure and does not become an employer, partner or representative of either party merely because the service is used. Clients and freelancers define scope, deadlines, deliverables and other project terms. Where protected payment is available, transactions related to the contract should follow the process shown on the platform so records, mediation and protections can operate correctly.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misrepresent identity or reputation, publish unlawful or malicious content, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data, manipulate reviews, abuse dispute mechanisms, send spam or use the platform for activities prohibited by law. Accounts may be limited or suspended in response to material risk, fraud, legal requirements or violations of these terms, subject to proportionate review.
Content and intellectual property
You keep rights in content you submit but grant the platform a limited license to host, display, process, translate and transmit it only as needed to operate the service. Ownership of deliverables between client and freelancer depends on their project agreement and applicable payment; no additional assignment is implied beyond what the parties agreed.
Availability, liability and changes
We seek to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, third-party failures or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. To the maximum extent permitted, the platform does not guarantee commercial outcomes, subjective quality or a particular professional's suitability for a specific project. Material changes will be published with a new update date and renewed acceptance will be requested where legally required.
