How we handle your data
YRV Work uses the information required to create and protect your account, publish and hire projects, process payments, enable messages between parties, prevent fraud, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Data we may process
We may process registration data, professional profile information, projects, proposals, messages, uploaded files, technical access information and payment references. YRV Work does not store full card details; payment processing is performed by the payment providers configured on the platform.
Sharing
Data is shared only when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enable payments and infrastructure. We never sell personal data to advertisers.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations and the defense of rights. We apply access controls, authentication, security logs and technical safeguards proportionate to risk.

You may request access, correction, update or deletion where applicable and ask questions about data processing by contacting work@yrvdesign.com.
International transfers
Some infrastructure, artificial intelligence or payment providers may operate in other countries. Where applicable, relevant contractual and security safeguards are used.
Legal bases and purposes
Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on performance of the requested service, legal or regulatory obligations, fraud prevention and security, establishment or defense of rights, compatible legitimate interests, and consent where required. Optional consent may be withdrawn without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Profiles, content and communications
Information you make public in your professional profile, reviews and project postings may be visible to other users according to the marketplace feature. Private messages and contract files are not published as public content, although they may be reviewed when necessary for support, security, abuse investigations or dispute mediation.
Providers, AI and transfers
We may use infrastructure, email, storage, payment, abuse-prevention and artificial-intelligence providers for specific functions such as content translation. Each provider receives only the data needed for the function in use. Some providers may process data outside the user's country; where applicable, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards are used.
Retention and user control
Retention varies by record type. Account information may remain while an account is active; financial, anti-fraud, contractual, dispute and log records may be retained longer where required by law or needed to defend rights.
