Contact
For general, legal or support matters related to the service, contact work@yrvdesign.com. Applicable tax and registration information of the operator may appear in issued commercial documents and may be provided where legally required.
Intellectual property
The YRV Work brand, interface, software and proprietary elements are protected by applicable law. User-submitted content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
Liability
The platform aims to maintain appropriate availability and security, but digital services may be affected by maintenance, third-party failures or interruptions beyond reasonable control. Nothing in this notice excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nature of the service
YRV Work is a digital platform for intermediating and organizing freelance projects. Payment, reputation or mediation tools do not make the platform the party performing the service contracted between users.
Third-party content and reports
Profiles, proposals, projects, reviews and files may be supplied by users themselves. If you identify content that infringes rights, law or these rules, report it to work@yrvdesign.com with enough detail for review. Third-party trademarks, integrations and services remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
Security and official contact
The platform will never ask for your full password by email. Privacy, legal and abuse communications can be sent to work@yrvdesign.com. Corporate and tax disclosures required under applicable law are provided consistently with the entity actually operating the service.
